This course is designed to help you learn to like, if not love, sales. When you start your own business you are the best person to sell it. Sales is one thing you can't afford to outsource.
Because you are the most passionate advocate of what you do. If they don't buy you they won't buy your product or service.
That means you need to learn to sell well. That may fill you with dread. The good news is anyone can learn to sell with confidence.
I've trained hundreds of business owners and their staff to sell. Even extremely shy introverted people can be good at sales with the right approach and knowledge. There are four things you need to master.
We call them the four pillars of sales.
Learn to recognise and adapt your behaviour to meet the needs of your customer.
Sales is a process. When you understand the process, you'll always know what to do next.
What can you do to get to know your customers better and develop more fruitful relationships.
Sales is all about confidence. There's no magic wand, but you can learn to be more confident, by mastering the other 3 pillars.
Easy Peasy Sales covers all four pillars and includes practical activities to help you implement all of the ideas (see below for more details).

However, I found that it is a great confidence booster for any salesperson who may be struggling (as we do from time to time in our careers). "If you can't sell, your business is only an idea". This course is delivered in a very simple, structured and logical way which can be revisited at any time - so there's no excuse for not improving your bank balance! Make this a priority and start right now! Structure After explaining the four pillars of sales (Behaviours, Process, Strategy & Confidence), Alison elaborates each section using video clips and concludes each with a follow-up action to build your sales understanding and plan. If you're a certain colour (section 1 Behaviours) it is very tempting to watch all of the videos back-to-back (as I did), but I recommend that you complete the tasks before moving on so that the personal jigsaw comes together in a structured way. Conclusion Alison has developed a very effective sales toolkit to help anyone and everyone who needs to sell a product or service (so that's every business owner at least). Would I recommend it?
